This Privacy Policy explains how StyleFinds Video Factory (“StyleFinds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when users access our website, use our content-production workflow, or authorize supported third-party integrations.

1. Information We May Process

Depending on how the service is used, we may process:

• account and authorization information provided through supported third-party sign-in or OAuth flows;
• content-production data such as scripts, prompts, video metadata, review decisions and workflow status;
• technical information such as timestamps, audit events, device or browser information, and error logs;
• publishing-related metadata such as platform status, upload identifiers and user-authorized publishing information;
• communications you send to us.

2. TikTok Integration

If you choose to connect TikTok, StyleFinds may use TikTok developer tools and user-authorized permissions to support content transfer or related workflow functions. We only request permissions needed for enabled features. Uploading content to TikTok does not, by itself, mean that the content has been published.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and secure the service, prepare and review content, maintain auditability, process user-requested integrations, troubleshoot errors, prevent duplicate actions, and improve workflow reliability.

4. Credentials and Tokens

API keys, access tokens and similar credentials are treated as sensitive information. Our design aims to avoid exposing them in public interfaces, ordinary logs or published content. Where supported, credentials are handled through environment variables or other protected runtime mechanisms.

5. Sharing of Information

We may transmit information to service providers or platforms only as needed to perform user-authorized functions, such as AI-assisted content generation or a user-requested platform upload. We do not claim to sell personal information as part of the current StyleFinds workflow.

6. Data Retention

Workflow records may be retained for operational integrity, security, auditability and troubleshooting. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and applicable legal or platform requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the integrity of workflow data. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may choose not to connect third-party platforms. Where applicable, you may also revoke platform authorization through the relevant third-party account settings. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The service is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Third-Party Services

Third-party platforms and providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. This Privacy Policy does not replace those third-party policies.
