Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of StyleFinds Video Factory (“StyleFinds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

StyleFinds Video Factory is an AI-assisted content workflow that can help users organize product information, develop creative concepts, prepare scripts and prompts, generate or manage media assets, review content, and prepare approved content for distribution through supported integrations.

2. Human Review and User Responsibility

Automated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing content before approving or distributing it. A technical status such as “ready” does not replace the user’s responsibility to verify accuracy, rights, disclosures and platform compliance.

3. TikTok and Other Third-Party Platforms

When a user enables a supported TikTok integration, StyleFinds may use TikTok developer tools to carry out user-authorized actions. Uploading content for review does not necessarily publish that content. Users remain responsible for complying with TikTok’s terms, policies and publishing requirements. TikTok is a third-party service and is not controlled by StyleFinds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights;
• misrepresent products, promotions, prices, results or personal experiences;
• remove or conceal third-party watermarks or attribution in violation of applicable rights;
• bypass platform security or authorization requirements;
• publish unlawful, deceptive or harmful content;
• use credentials or accounts without authorization.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that media, product images, music, text and other materials you provide are owned, licensed or otherwise authorized for the intended use. References used for analysis do not automatically become reusable production assets.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated or AI-assisted content should be reviewed for factual accuracy, visual consistency, rights and required disclosures before distribution. StyleFinds does not guarantee that generated content is error-free or suitable for every platform or purpose.

7. Affiliate and Commercial Content

If content contains affiliate links, sponsorships or other commercial relationships, the user is responsible for ensuring that appropriate disclosures are used and that the applicable affiliate program and platform rules are followed.

8. Availability and Changes

Features may change as third-party APIs, platform policies, models, prices or technical requirements change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service when necessary.

9. No Guarantee of Performance

StyleFinds does not guarantee views, follower growth, sales, commissions, virality, revenue or other business results.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for final business, legal, publishing and compliance decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StyleFinds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, generated content or user publishing decisions.

12. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, or other legitimate operational reasons.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above indicates the current version.
